Return and Exchange
- Exchanges are only applicable if the product received is defective, missing, or incorrect.
- Customers must raise a complaint within 3 working days of receiving the parcel, along with the paper invoice, unboxing video, and order details (via WhatsApp or email).
- For Customer Protection Rights, please ensure to record a proper unboxing video showing the parcel seal (tape) being opened. Claims of damaged or missing products will not be accepted without this video.
- Orders containing formal wear or loose fabric items are not eligible for exchange.
